Looks really nice. It seems to have a proper roll cage inside too.

I think that the picture is from Finland. Despite the low resolution the license plate and the “100” decal look really familiar. 100 means that it is registered as a bus that doesn’t have standing passengers and it is allowed to go up to 100 km/h.
